Book Your Disney Character Meet-and-Greets with Virtual Queues – Starting April 18, 2025

From April 18, 2025, Disneyland Paris is enhancing the guest experience with the launch of new virtual queues for select character meet-and-greets.

After the success of the virtual queue system at the Hero Training Center in Avengers Campus, this convenient booking method is expanding to more indoor character locations.

How It Works

Download the official Disneyland Paris mobile app.

Link your ticket, Annual Pass, or hotel package to your account.

Reserve your time slot (for up to 6 guests) as soon as your ticket is scanned at the park entrance.

Receive notifications when your turn is approaching.

Enjoy your magical moment—with minimal waiting time.

    Important Information

Guests with a 1-day/1-park ticket can only book meet-and-greets in the park where their ticket was scanned.
Guests with a 1-day/2-park ticket can book in either park once their ticket is scanned.
Guests without a smartphone may request assistance from a Cast Member at the relevant meet-and-greet location (subject to availability).

    Practical information

How many meet-and-greets can I book per day?
You can reserve up to 5 meet-and-greets per day, subject to availability—but only one at a time. Once your current booking is completed or canceled, you can reserve another.

Can I book the same character more than once in a day?
No, to ensure more guests can enjoy these magical moments, each guest can meet each character only once per day.

Do children need a reservation too?
Yes—all guests need a reservation, except children under 3 years old.

    What about guests with disabilities?
All guests, including those with disabilities, must use the same reservation system via the app, as physical queues will no longer be available for these experiences.
